Prof. Sridar Natarajan

Prof. Sridar Natarajan is a Metallurgical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and a Management graduate from IIM Bangalore, specializing in Finance and Systems.

A large part of his professional career has been at Ernst & Young, where he has executed a wide range of assignments from developing costing and accounting systems for manufacturing companies and banks, to developing business requirements using CASE tools for retail and manufacturing companies. He held the post of Director - MBA of a leading college in Coimbatore for 3 years. He has also been a visiting faculty for Finance and Operations in BIM and PSGIM. He is currently the Dean of Chennai Business School.

Ramesh Rangachari

Ramesh has specialised in Marketing and Sales Management after his graduation and has an overall experience of over 40 years in business development and product management. He has established successful organizations in areas of technologies and consulting. He is currently overseeing Saikon Biotech’s Global Sales and Marketing.

Ramesh has held senior and general management positions in Marketing and Product Management in multi-nationals like Royal Philips for over 30 years. Ramesh has hands on experience working at the international production and research in the Europe and the Far East and trained in international business development and advanced product management techniques.

While working in Philips Centre of competence at Holland, Vienna, China and Singapore in the areas of product development and product management, he has the unique distinction of successfully creating over 400 products which were high gross margin spinners at Royal Philips, consumer electronics.

Ramesh conducts workshops and makes substantial presentations in his field of activity. Ramesh has complete working knowledge in ERP such as JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. He has undergone advanced management course in Philips, Eindhoven in foreign Trade Management and Advanced Product Management at the Administrative staff college of India at Hyderabad, Product Management refreshers from IIM – Ahmedabad.

Ramesh is conversant with TQM, Six sigma, and ISO procedures. He has also set up successful start- ups in India and the Gulf as well. Travelling to most of the continents, in pursuit of Product management and business development for the last 25 years he is conversant with international trade management.

Kaviyanathan. D.O.

Kaviyanathan is an Advocate by profession and Managing Partner of M/s. Nathan and Associates - A Solution focused Law firm in Chennai.

The firm has vast experience in reputed advocacy and caters to a wide and varied client base, including 30+ Corporates, 200+ SME’s and institutions and over 2100+ individuals. Kavi is also a freelance journalist and an avid reader who loves to deepen his knowledge in various genres.

Raghav Koushik R

Raghav is a Post Graduate in Management specializing in systems and a Computer Science engineering graduate with a little over 17 years of professional experience. He is also trained in PMP (project management professional courses).

Raghav served in the corporate for various companies like Sutherland, Traverse Infotech & Brisk corporate services for 8 long years, before starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2013.

He is a certified Thomas Assessment Professional. He has successfully completed more than 50 Projects till date in management consulting & Business Software implementations space. Raghav is currently the Executive Director of BNI Kanchipuram Chengelpattu region and also heads business consulting organization Strategym.

T.R. Ashok

Ashok is a practicing Chartered accountant, and an Arts and Science graduate, with over 37 years of hands-on experience since 1986. Ashok has experience of handling and servicing over 4000 clients of various verticals and size.

Prior to taking up practice he was briefly with Canara bank, which helped him in acquiring expertise in Banking. He is specialist in the field of setting up Start-ups from start to finish and is well experienced on all the requirements. Ashok is also an expert in structuring and restructuring organisations. His firm has been empanelled with Banks for audits and advisory. He has been in Financial Advisory positions to Government and in their Audits as well. Ashok has his Audit firm in Chennai and Coonoor.

S. Jahangeer Ahamed

Jahangeer started his career in Life Insurance, Housing finance and other financial products in 1997 and has also been into FMCG distribution. He is also a Chartered Financial Practitioner since 2012.

He is a certified coach by ICF - International Coach Federation and an international certified Thomas profile consultant and NLP trainer. He has trained and groomed 3000+ Top entrepreneurs across India.

He served as member of BNI Global Founder’s circle 2019-21 (a strategic Advisory committee for BNI Global). He is a National Trainer and District director for BNI India along with being an Executive Director for BNI Trichy and Tanjore regions.

S. Sandeep

Sandeep is a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Bachelors’ of law (LLB). He is a Registered Valuer and he has been granted certificates of registration and practice by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

He started his career as a Management Trainee in Secretarial and Legal Department of Ashok Leyland Limited, a listed public sector Company. He joined Mega Soft Limited as an Assistant Company Secretary in 2003 and after a year of service he started his own firm S Sandeep and Associates in Chennai in February 2004.

Sandeep as a Practising Company Secretary provides advisory services to corporates and other business enterprises in various areas of business which includes Strategy, Risk management, Legal, Secretarial, Company law, SEBI Regulations, Restructuring of business, Compliances, Corporate Social responsibility, FEMA, and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

He had handled valuation assignments for more than 100 companies including start-ups, NBFCs, Technology Companies and Infra Companies. He has handled IPO related works for recently Chennai based listed companies like Aptus value housing finance, Five star business finance and Radiant cash management services. He is a Corporate advisor for more than 75 companies and LLPs based in Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai.

He has expertise in handling Corporate mergers & acquisitions and foreign investments. His firm has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for large corporates like State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT), Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC), Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited (HOECL), and Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL).

Subhash UN

Subhash, a Physics graduate from Sri Sathya Sai University is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER from the Financial Planning Standards Board India and a CHARTERED TRUST AND ESTATE PLANNER from the American Academy of Financial Management.

He comes with more than 21 years of experience in the Financial services domain and has a successful financial planning practice on fee based advisory model. He advises clients on all aspects of financial planning including mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, will writing and investments in all asset classes.

He has personally trained and mentored more than 70% of the CFPs in Chennai most of whom are Bankers, Wealth managers, Investment advisors, Insurance agents and Mutual fund distributors. His corporate trainings have impacted more than 10,000 people across India on various topics related to personal finance at L&T group, Coromandel group, Sundaram group, Bajaj group, TCS, CTS, HSBC, ICICI bank, HDFC bank and Standard Chartered bank to name a few.

He regularly contributes valuable content to Nanayam Vigadan – a leading Tamil Financial magazine. He was also chosen as a Master trainer – Mutual Funds module for the Naan Muthalvan project of Govt. of Tamilnadu. Subhash is currently the Executive Director of BNI Kanchipuram Chengelpattu region and SUN Training Academy.
